Packing & Unpacking
Common Questions About Packing & Unpacking
What packing materials do you use?
We use double-walled corrugated boxes, acid-free packing paper, bubble wrap, foam sheets, wardrobe boxes for clothing, dish pack boxes for fragile items, and stretch wrap for furniture. All materials are professional-grade for maximum protection.
Can you pack just the fragile items and we handle the rest?
Yes. We offer partial packing services where we focus on fragile, valuable, or hard-to-pack items like dishes, glassware, artwork, mirrors, and electronics. You handle the straightforward items at your own pace.
How far in advance should packing be scheduled?
Packing is typically done the day before or the morning of your move, depending on the size of your home. For larger homes, we may schedule a full packing day prior to the move day. We will recommend the best timeline when we provide your quote.
The packing crew was incredibly careful with our fragile items. Every box was labeled by room, which made unpacking so much easier at the new place.
